Refund policy

Return Policy

  1. Once the product has been received by the customer, there will be no returns. Product may be exchanged or replaced only; No refund will be given. In some circumstances with manager approval a restocking fee of 30% of the purchase price will be considered.
  2. In the event of damaged merchandise due to All-N-One’s handling, defective merchandise or as per manufacturer’s warranty, the seller will repair or replace the damage or defect. Damage caused by the customer's handling, transportation or use will not be covered.
  3. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the product(s) purchased will fit into the desired room. Any charges incurred in transportation or delivery back to the store will be the customer's responsibility.
  4. Any online purchases the customer is responsible for any shipping arrangements or charges associated with a return.

Claims Procedure

  1. Send email to an1claims@gmail.com
  2. Subject line customer name followed by the word “claim”
  3. Body of email:

Customer Name, address, and phone number

Date of purchase, invoice number and item information

Description of the damage or defect

Include pictures of the item, item number on product and picture of damage or defect.

All N One will work directly with the manufacturer of the purchased product to get your claim resolved in the best manner possible.

Customer Pick Up

-Make sure the product will fit in your vehicle prior to attempting pick-up. Bring rope, adequate wraps and blankets to protect product.

-We will assist in loading product into your vehicle, but you are responsible for tying and securing of load. Please note, due to insurance reasons, we are not authorized to tie down loads.

 

Delivered items

  1. We will schedule your delivery the day before. You will be given a 2-4 hour window between the hours of 9am-4pm.
  2. Please check to ensure the delivery address, phone number and directions are correct on the invoice.
  3. Haul off and disposal of old furniture must be paid for and arranged prior to delivery.
  4. An adult over the age of 18 must be on hand to receive delivery. Unless prior arrangements to door drop have been made.
  5. Please ensure that the room in which you want the merchandise placed is empty. Please note, due to insurance reasons, we are not authorized to rearrange or move existing personal property.
  6. We do not take off doors/windows or put doors/windows back on.
